first January rains

It was an unwelcome incident at first, the drizzling rain. I was slightly disappointed because, after carefully picking out a bright, bold outfit and taking time to curl my hair for that last Sunday's shoot, I suddenly felt raindrops on my head just as I was positioning myself up for the first shot. But thanks to my husband's dependable spark of creativity (and the red umbrella hidden somewhere in his car), he was able to make the shots come to life more by adding a bit more Red to the scene (hence, the umbrella). Hope you liked them just as we did!
