Going Back to the North

Wee! So I finally finished my fellowship in Vitreoretinal diseases, and I finally have A LOT of free time! The husband and I finally pushed through with our plans of going to Ilocos Norte together and our first day was spent entirely on the road. It was a stretch of 12 hours driving all in all from Manila to Vigan to Laoag. It would've been shorter except we wanted to stop every now and then for some scenic shots.

Our first stop was the famous Calle Crisologo in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. The cobblestoned street looked better at night with all the lights and with no crowd filling it up.
