Playing "Dress-Up": Ballerina
I never mentioned it before, but I was a ballerina for about 13 years. I guess I could call it my first love, since I was already dancing long before I wanted to become a doctor. But then, as I got older, I became more interested in other forms of dancing, and when I hit med school, I finally had to give up ballet. I don't exactly miss it. But the colorful costumes, flowy skirts and surreal tutus were what I always thoroughly enjoyed back when I was still into it.
So, when my youngest sister came out on stage recently with this black sheer-and-sequinned costume (she's a ballerina too, by the way), I fell in love with it. It had the perfect sexy and demure mix. It was romantic and chic all in one piece! I instantly knew I wanted to have a photoshoot with it. The only thing missing now were my pointe shoes! Well, let me look for that one while you guys enjoy these photos. Have a great day ahead, you guys!
